A Bespoke Preview is a scheduled, paid, one-on-one video meeting between a Collector and a Model—designed for people who want to understand what they’re buying before they buy it.

This isn’t a live show. It isn’t a chat roulette. And it definitely isn’t meant to be rushed.

It’s a short, intentional window of time to see, ask, discuss, and decide.

For many collectors, that moment of face-to-face connection matters. Seeing the real person behind the item—hearing their voice, getting a feel for their presence, understanding the story and context—adds something that photos and descriptions simply can’t. It’s visceral. It’s human. And in a world full of filters and uncertainty, it’s one of the strongest ways to build real confidence in what you’re about to purchase.

That’s what a Bespoke Preview is for.

What Actually Happens in a Bespoke Preview?

You book a time.

At that time, you and the Model meet in a private video call. You can talk about:

• Fit and sizing
• Provenance and background
• Customization options
• Condition, wear, or details that matter to you
• Whether this is truly the right piece for you

It’s a conversation with a purpose: helping both sides decide if moving forward makes sense.

If you choose to proceed with a purchase, your Bespoke Preview fee is applied as credit toward that item. The preview isn’t a throwaway cost—it’s part of the buying process.

How the Call Works (Cal.com)

All Bespoke Previews take place over Cal.com’s video conferencing system.

If you’ve never used it before, think of it like Zoom or Google Meet: you click a link, your browser opens a video call, and you’re connected—no complicated setup required.

A few important things to know:

• You do not need to install special software
• You can join from most modern browsers
• The call is private between you and the Model
• Bratags does not record or monitor the call itself

Both participants control what they choose to share.

That means:

• Being on camera is optional
• Being faceless is fine
• The Model may choose to keep their camera off
• The Collector may choose to keep their camera off

Check the Model’s reviews and profile to understand their typical style—but regardless of these choices, presentation preferences are not grounds for a refund.

Comfort and boundaries come first.

Privacy, Comfort, and Boundaries

No one is required to reveal anything they’re not comfortable sharing.

Not their full face.
Not their name.
Not their location.
Not any personal details beyond what they choose to offer.

A Bespoke Preview is about the item and the potential transaction—not about forcing intimacy, exposure, or performance.

Which brings us to an important rule:

The Model sets the pace. Always.

If at any point the Model feels uncomfortable, they have full discretion to:

• Redirect the conversation
• Set firmer boundaries
• Or end the session early

That decision is final.

Bratags reviews these events when necessary to prevent abuse on both sides—Collectors and Models alike. Respect is not optional here.

Fees, Credits, and the No-Refund Policy

Let’s be completely clear and transparent:

Refunds are never given.

Ever.

Bespoke Previews are paid, scheduled time. That time is reserved specifically for you and the Model.

Here’s how it works instead:

• The Bespoke Preview fee is X% of the item’s purchase price
• If you proceed with the purchase, that fee is applied as credit toward the item
• If you do not proceed, the fee is not refunded

The only situation where you receive a credit without completing a purchase is:

If the Model is a no-show for the scheduled appointment, you will receive a credit to your account.

That credit can be used toward a future Bespoke Preview or purchase.

But again, to be absolutely explicit:

Refunds are not available. Only credits under specific circumstances.

No exceptions.

What Bratags Does (and Doesn’t) Do

Bratags’ role is simple and deliberate:

• We provide the scheduling
• We provide the coordination
• We provide the infrastructure for the meeting to happen

We do not:

• Control what’s discussed
• Script the interaction
• Guarantee outcomes
• Force either party to proceed

The details, the tone, and the decision to move forward are entirely up to the two people in the room.

Think of Bratags as the trusted coordinator—not the director.
