A paid, scheduled one-on-one video meeting
Focused on one specific bra or listing
Meant to cover fit, condition, provenance, and details a collector cares about
Time-boxed (it starts when both parties join and runs for the booked duration)

A Bespoke Preview is not:

A live show
On-demand chat
A guarantee of a sale

It’s simply a serious, intentional conversation before purchase.

Why Collectors Want This

Many collectors value the visceral, face-to-face aspect of seeing an item discussed live. It builds confidence around authenticity, condition, and suitability—and helps them know exactly what they’re buying.

Your role is to present and discuss the piece. Bratags’ role is to handle scheduling and coordination. The details of the conversation are up to you and the collector.

How Do I Enable Bespoke Previews?

How the Video Meeting Works

Bespoke Previews run on Cal.com’s video conferencing system.

For you, that means:

No extra software required—just join at your scheduled time
You and the collector connect in a private video room
You decide your comfort level:
- Camera on or off
- Faceless is fine
- Show the item however you prefer

Important: Any of these choices are valid and are not grounds for a refund. Always encourage collectors to read reviews and listing details so expectations are set before the meeting.

Your Control and Boundaries

You set the pace.
You decide what’s acceptable behavior.
You may end the session early at your discretion, for any reason.

All sessions may be reviewed to prevent abuse—on both sides (Model and Collector). Your comfort and safety come first.

Pricing and Credits

The Bespoke Preview is paid by the collector at booking.
If the collector proceeds with a purchase, the preview fee is applied as credit toward that item (based on the listing’s terms).
Refunds are never given.

No-show policy:

If you (the Model) do not show up, the collector receives a credit to their account.
If the collector shows up and you do, the session is considered delivered—even if the camera is off or faceless.

How to Prepare for a Preview

A few simple tips:

Review the listing beforehand so you know what you’ll cover
Have the bra and any details (tags, notes, measurements) ready
Decide in advance what you’re comfortable showing on camera
Join on time—the session runs for the full booked duration once both are present

Remember: this is about clarity and confidence, not performance.

What Bratags Does (and Doesn’t) Do

Bratags:
